Rental Information & Policies for Inn of the Sea Vacations

Enjoy your stay at our Inn of the Sea Vacations, our waterfront resort, Vancouver Island, BC Canada.

Occupancy
If the number of guests in your party changes, please contact us in advance of your arrival.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the units, decks or patios. Smoking is only allowed down on the beach or 20 ft from the buildings.  If any one smokes there is a $500.00 fine plus costs to fumigate and cleaning.

Minimum stays
A minimum stay of 2 nights

Cleaning + Fees
Cleaning charges apply on all daily, weekly and monthly stays.

Pets
Inn of the Sea is pet-friendly.  There is a $75.00 one time charge per pet.

Some units are pet friendly other are pet free for guests with allergies.

Dogs must be kept on the leash.

Check-In
Check-In time is anytime after 4 pm.
Check-Out
Check-Out time is 11 am.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.  If you cancel and I am able to re-rent the unit you get your money back, minus 10% of the booking - minimum of $150.00.  The balance is due 30 days before arrival. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
